Customer Service Center

Are you wanting to work from home. If so we have a great position to talk to you about. We are looking for people that want to work full time hours 6am - 3pm. You must have a working computer with DSL for the internet and a working home phone line to receive on line to receive calls.

Customer Service - Performs all duties and responsibilities of a customer service representative. A total of 70-80 Inbound calls a day is required.
Administrative - administrative reporting of calls.

Must have a working computer with DSL for the internet is required.
Working home phone line to receive inbound calls.
-Strong verbal communications skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers
-Excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
-Professional, flexible and positive team player that is self-directed and self-motivated
-Familiar with keyboard and basic computer skills - including Windows based programs (Microsoft Word and Excel)
-Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills
-Ability to communicate and manage conflict resolution in a professional manner
