Job Description .
Job Description: Fulfill general customer support via outbound and incoming calls for very fast-growing company. Almost all time will be spent talking on the phone and tracking interactions via Customer Database. Perform basic follow-up tasks for new accounts obtained by sales reps. Will coordinate and communicate with internal company departments affected by sales/customer support efforts. Assist with mailing, copying, and other similar activities relating to the overall customer support process. Very flexible hours throughout the business day accommodate school, family, or any other needs. Must work at American Fork office, no work-from-home positions available.
Qualifications: Must really enjoy talking with people, and have great interpersonal skills (polite and good command of English language). Must type at least 50 words per minute. Ability to manage a system to follow-up on customer requests and issues. Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) or equivalent, and e-mail and internet applications. Requires good organizational skills, detail orientation, and multi-tasking ability.
Compensation: $10 per hour.
