As one of our Category Growth Managers, you will be joining us in a key role that will be responsible for executing category strategies in alignment with customer s priorities, be accountable for initiating Category Management activities at the customer level, and develop innovative retailer solutions based on consumer insights to drive KUSA goals and objectives.

Position Requirements; Bachelor's Degree required with 2 years experience in food marketing or at least 6 years of related industry experience.
Prefer candidates with Bachelor's degree in food marketing.
Knowledge of IRI, A.C.Nielsen, Spectra and space management concepts and systems required.
The qualified candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze data and/or consumer insights and translate this information into a category recommendation.
The ability to define market dynamics, understand market trends and apply fact-based selling is necessary.
The qualified applicant will demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Experience presenting to both internal constituents and external customers (retailers) is highly desirable.
The qualified applicant must have the ability to work from home 3 days a week and be at the customer site for 2 days. .
