Work for an Industry Leader!

Work directly with customers to find solutions for their applications in a wide-range of industries! HunterLab, the global leader in the manufacturer of color measurement instrumentation has an opportunity for a Technical Sales Representative based in the Chicagoland area. If you are an independent and creative salesperson with a successful track record selling capital equipment, analytical or quality control instrumentation, we would like to hear from you!

The ideal candidate has experience in the technology and capital equipment sales ($10K - $100K) to some or all of the following markets: Plastics, Chemical, Food, Pharmaceutical, Coatings, Textile, Building Materials, Paper.

Sales territory includes Illinois, Southern Wisconsin, Iowa, Northern Missouri, Northern Indiana, and Western Michigan. Candidates should be based in the Chicagoland area. Work from home office and travel to customer locations throughout territory. Will require overnight travel.

Requirements
5+ years successful capital equipment sales; analytical or quality control instrument sales preferred
Color measurement sales experience preferred, but not required
Ability to demonstrate technical equipment and relate to custumer s applications in varied industries
Demonstrated organizational skills for managing territory coverage with efficiency and effectiveness
Ability to translate territory sales objectives into results

COMPENSATION
$40-$60K Base with open-ended commission opportunity. Total compensation potential of $100 - $120K at full achievement of sales goals.
