Position title: Call Center Rep / Work From Home .
Location: Fitchburg, Madison, Middleton, Monona, Sun Prairie, WI .
Term of employment: Regular .

Approximate hours per week: 20 hours .
Work hours (i.e. shift): 3pm-7pm .
Start date of this position: ASAP .
Starting salary range: $13-14 .

Position Description .
Seeking experienced call center reps to take on the following responsibilities: Receive incoming phone calls from customers, service companies, installers, designers, contractors, dealers, and distributors
Answer questions and/or solve problems of incoming callers concerning the product
Work with supervisor, regional managers, authorized service dealers and distributors to resolve issues/problems
Document all customer information and related service action for future reference
Effectively communicate with customers who are unhappy with product performance
Timely response to letters, voicemail, and email messages to resolve any problems/questions related to the product
Answer product specification questions related to pre and post installation issues
Other duties as assigned to fulfill departmental needs
Experience and Knowledge Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Training would be 1-2 mos on a full time basis, after that this person would need to be available b/w the hours of 3p-7p M-F.
