Description
Tabor Children's Services is a child welfare agency with a Germantown office. Tabor Children s Service is seeking social workers to work with foster families, foster children and bio-families. Clients are located throughout the city of Philadelphia and surrounding area. Case load consists of 11 to 15 cases. Some experience with performance based contracting is required. This position is not necessarily 9 to 5, hours worked are based on availability of clients. Because of untraditional hours we will accommodate with some comp time and flex time.
Work from home and compressed work week option available for those employed for more than 1 year. Compressed work week consists of four 10 hour days.
Tabor offers comprehensive benefits including 34 PTO (paid time off) days per year, 11 holidays and 401K plan. Employees are eligible for our healthcare plan for Aetna QPOS and Delta Dental Premier. We also offer life insurance, AD&D and short and long term disability insurance.
Starting salary for bachelor's level $30,000 and $35,000/per year for master's level candidates. 3% salary increment increase historically received each year.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Masters in social work or related human service degree.
Valid driver's license required.
Physical and clearances required for employment, as well as proof of degree and 3 references.
