In order to strengthen our Account Management teams, we are currently looking for an individual to plan and direct the sales of the Flavor Division products at identified accounts, in order to achieve sales and profit goals within the parameters of company policy.
Set objectives and plan strategies to improve penetration of assigned accounts in accordance with the Flavor Division's Business Plan.
Develop and implement account plan and sales budget in cooperation with the appropriate Business Unit personnel.
Achieve targeted levels of sales.
Maintain visibility and exposure by maintaining an appropriate call frequency with R &D, Marketing, Purchasing Senior Management and appropriate personnel.
Assist in coordinating activities regarding core suppliers agreements, sales contracts and legal business agreements.
Timely completion of all required reports, including, but not limited to, iCAM requests, expense reports, quarterly reports, budgets, etc.
Management of Commercial Assistant, including performance evaluation, coaching and mentoring.
Requirements
BS in Chemistry, Food Science or related field or BA in Business required.
Master's degree a plus.
3-5 years experience in sales/sales management required.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Good interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional interactions.
Proficiency in Lotus Notes and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong knowledge of Firmenich business tools environment (iCAM, iPLAN, SSDB, PMS, MFG-Pro, SAP, Core DB, iSENSE, Marketing DB).
Must have the ability to travel &work from home.
