This position can be Part or Full-Time with Flexible Hours and Work at Home option but requires a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week.
Right Response, LLC, located in Rochester Hills Michigan, is an innovative and fast growing company providing exciting technology products to the national K-12 School District market. Right Response s SchoolStream solution provides comprehensive software modules designed to reduce cost and improve efficiency in the operation of school districts. The software is sold nationwide on an annual subscription basis as a web-based ASP solution. SchoolStream is described in more detail at http://www.schoolstreamk12.com.
There are two phases to this position
Phase I
In this phase, you will be responsible for prospecting key decision makers in school districts based on pre-identified needs. You will generate leads by conveying product value, with the objective of scheduling brief web-based product demonstrations. Management will provide you geographical territories with specific target clients. You will leverage SchoolStream s extensive client base, references, and referrals to assist you in this process. This process is done over the phone so there is no need for travel. Training will be provided to equip you with product knowledge and the tools used to be successful in this position.
Phase II
Once you have proven your capability to consistently schedule demonstrations you will be given an opportunity to advance to this phase. In this phase you will be responsible for conducting the web-based product demonstrations to convey product value and close the sale. Advancing to this phase is achieved through additional learning and passing of pre-set milestones. The pace of advancement is primarily up to the individual, but this should be accomplished in a 3 to 6 month period.
Compensation
In Phase I, you will be compensated for each qualified web demonstration you schedule and is completed by our Phase II Account Managers. You will also earn commission on sales that result from demonstrations you scheduled.
Once you reach Phase II Account Manager status, you will earn a base plus commission. Typical annual compensation in this phase is $30,000 - $40,000 with potential of $60,000+
For this position, Right Response is seeking highly motivated individuals. Candidates must exhibit strong verbal and written communications, especially in the form of professional and effective use of telephone and email communications. Candidates must be proficient computer users and comfortable with MS Office and using the Internet. A comprehensive training program is offered to new personnel. Ideal candidate will be diligent, self motivated, persistent, optimistic, not too sensitive to rejection, and a great communicator.
