At the present time, they are looking for sharp, personable, and dedicated sales professionals to grow an already successful sales territory. The Account Executive placed in this role will be working from a home office and will be responsible for selling a full line of products and services associated with security to key decison makers within organizations in one of the following territories:
Central Massachusetts
Northern Boston
Southern Boston

The ideal candidate will have:
At least 3 years of successful outside sales experience
Will have sold a service or a concept rather than a tangible product
The ability to influence key decision makers
A consultative sales approach
A hunter mentality with strong new business development skills
Strong relationship building and presentation skills
Top notch communication skills, both verbal and written
A strong work ethic- highly motivated and a true self starter that is capable of successfully working from a home office
Excellent time management and follow up skills
A likable and engaging personality
Compensation includes a base salary, commissions, and bonus plan that should yield $75,000 - $85,000 in your first year. Salespeople at this firm average between $90,000 and $110,000
