Position: Junior-Midlevel .NET Developer / Analyst
Location: Pentagon and Tysons Corner, VA
Start Date: Immediately
Salary: $60,000-$80,000
The Position:
Our client is looking for a solid .NET application developer to work primarily at the Pentagon, with occassional meetings occuring in Tysons Corner, VA. As a developer-consultant, you'll have the opportunity to participate in all aspect of the software development lifecycle including design, developing code and changes in VB.NET and ASP.NET, troubleshooting of existing code, etc. You will also have the chance to improve upon your ability to consult through interacting with a number of key government clients. While this positions does not require a clearance initially, you will need to be clearable in order to receive a clearance shortly after you join the team.
Skills Necessary to Succeed:
* 1-3 years of solid experience developing in the .NET framework, preferrably in VB.NET
* Strong experience developing web-based software for clients
* Background in consulting or client-facing
* Team Player
* Effective Communicator - both verbal and written
* Strong analytical ability
