As our Senior IT Candidate Sourcer you will search for high quality mid to senior level IT professionals who are presentable for submission to contract, contract to hire and full time positions.
You will work with senior Addastaff Recruiters to place IT professionals in: Application Development, Datawarehousing, ERP, Project Management, Business Analysis, QA, Release Engineering, Security and other positions at large IT Shops in the Silicon Valley / San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED
-2-3 + years recruiting / sourcing experience in Information Technology
-Excellent internet / board search abilities (you dream in "boolean")
-You can instantly recognize a "good candidate" when you see one based on the information provided
-You have the ability to educate yourself rapidly when faced with foreign technologies
-You are disciplined and competitive
-You are hungry for success (personal and professional)
