Elite Personnel is seeking experienced and successful recruiters who want the flexibility to work from home.
Each virtual recruiter will be responsible for hiring employees in a permanent placement for various clients across the U.S. Elite will provide all recruiters with various jobs from our clients, job board access, email address, administrative support and access to a recruiting manager to assist with any questions you may have.
Income is unlimited as this is a straight commission opportunity. Although working from home is a great opportunity, candidates must be self-motivated, have excellent time management and organizational skills. Elite has all the tools to assist you to be successful, however all we ask is that only experienced recruiters apply who have the understanding of what it takes to work at home.

Requirements
Successful candidates:
-at least 2 years successful recruiting experience
-proven experience placing 2 candidates per month minimum
-ability to network and find candidates by referrals, etc.
-excellent phone etiquette
-a quiet home office set-up to work in
-self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
-ability to sell candidate on position as well as close the candidate when an offer is extended
-great negotiation skills
-network with other recruiters to do splits
-ability to start producing in a timely manner
