Virtual Position for Classroom Trainer!
Our client is looking for a Webinar Trainer to assist them in instructing their Trainers and Content Developers on how to create and deliver training via a virtual classroom. The client is moving all classes online.
Project:
The consultant will need to have the knowledge of best practices on how to deliver training in a virtual world. This project involve explaining how to structure content to be delivered in a virtual way.
Audience:
Instructors and Trainers
Content Developers
Must-have:
* Preference is given to consultants who already have training materials in a PowerPoint format.
*Experience in content creation for virtual classroom environment.
Must follow ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) instructional design model
Must align with teachings of experts in the field such as Ruth Clark, Jennifer Hofmann, Ann Kwinn, and others. A number of example books include: Clark, R., &Kwinn, A. - The New Virtual Classroom: Evidence-based Guidelines for Synchronous e-Learning. Hofmann, J. - Live and Online!: Tips, Techniques, and Ready-to-Use Activities for the Virtual Classroom
Start Date: August/September 2007
Location: Telecommute, Work from home!
Duration: 2 weeks of approximately 10 sessions.
