6) A minimum of 1 year mortgage or real estate experience! (No Exceptions)
7) Can close loans without supervision!
8) Integrity, Honesty, and Trustworthy!
9) Experience with handling account executives from the wholesale lenders!
10) Self motivated and a go-getter attitude!
11) Must be able to close at least "1" Loan or Real Estate Transaction per month!
