Telemarketing/Appointment Setting Position
LocalTel is excited to announce the addition of online yellow pages to the list of advertising products available to businesses throughout New England. Due to this addition we are experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for talented sales professionals to add to our inside sales team.
LocalTel is the largest publisher of individual community directories in New England with distribution to over 2.5 million residences and local businesses. Publishing over 160 directories, LocalTel has been servicing communities throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island for over 12 years.
This is a work from home position that requires a 1 week training session at the headquartered office in Lawrence, MA and updated product training as needed throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
Contact businesses that are not current advertisers and set appointments for the Metro North and Metro West Outside Sales Representatives, leads are provided.
Maintain a Daily schedule of appointments
Target towns in the current campaign
E-mail new appointments to Regional Sales Directors (RSD)
Maintain a log of phone calls
Commission will be paid on the total of all sales generated through appointments set.
Requirements
Use of a computer with internet capability (Office space is offered but the candidate will not be required to utilize it.)
Participate in a 1 week product and sales training
Experience in Telemarketing/Inside Sales preferred, but not required.
