Job Purpose:
Marketing state of the art personal development products and seminars.
Research, develop, and implement marketing opportunities; execute sales plans; recruit, coach, and train sales associates.
Activities:
Recruit, select, train, coach, and counsel associates.
Inspire high performance teamwork and sales achievement while fostering independent and entrepreneurial thinking.
Contribute marketing and sales information; prepare action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolves problems; identify trends; and implement change.
Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
Forecast and develop annual sales quotas; project expected sales volume and profit, and monitor costs and trends.
Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
Pinpoint strategic opportunities, improve product profitability by researching and identifying consumer requirements, defining markets, capitalizing on existing market conditions and identifying new possibilities.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and seminars.
