Primary responsibilities include:
* Providing reporting and analysis to internal staff
* Serving as a customer report-analysis expert for assigned regions and key customers
* Maintaining close contact with key internal customers
* Using data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients
* Creating and delivering presentations to a variety of audiences
Strong experience in qualitative/quantitative analysis is essential to this role, in addition to a background in process improvement. An understanding of UNET and general claims knowledge is needed. Computer proficiency is a must. A Bachelor s degree is required; A Master s is preferred.
