Software Developer Job Description:
TEKsystems has partnered with a company in search of a Windows XP/Vista Developer for a contractual opportunity. The ideal candidate will be a professional team player, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks. The job duties include but are not limited to the following criteria:
* Must be able to work independently as the position is a remote opportunity.
* Establish the version control system
* Develop the processing code as well as code to interact with 3rd party image recognition and rotation API
* Interact/develop user interface code and database (Microsoft Server)
* Develop automation test tool routines for processing volumes of images
The developer will be asked to work primarily from home but have high speed internet and access to SKYPE (Voice over IP).
