Senior Loss Control Representative
Northern VA
Our Client is a well established, A+ rated insurance group with strong financials and is seeking an experienced Senior Loss Control Representative to work in their Northern Virginia territory. Responsibilities include providing loss control services to large and special risk accounts. Other responsibilities include working with underwriting and marketing departments to assist with achieving retention and growth goals. This position requires frequent and overnight travel.
An ideal candidate will have a bachelor s degree in a professional field, (such as Occupational/Safety), and a minimum of 4 years experience. Strong analytical, decision making, problem solving, organization, as well as written and verbal communication skills is required. Experience with Insurance Company, as well as studies in the insurance industry, such as CPCU, ARM, CSP a plus. A working knowledge of regulatory standards, (OSHA, DOT), as well as local and national codes, NFPA, ICC) is a must. The incumbent must have a valid driver s license.
This position is allowed to work from home and comes with car, cell phone, and laptop. A competitive salary and benefits are offered. Relocation assistance is available for this position.
