Senior Estimator - Restoration, Commercial Construction
We are a successful Contracting &Restoration company with a proven track record in handling difficult and challenging residential and commercial construction/restoration projects and we are looking for a Senior Estimator to join our growing team!
Do you have 2+ years experience as a Senior Estimator with insurance restoration experience?

What will you be doing?
- Routinely coordinate and supervise other estimators as they work to assemble competitive estimates for the company.
- Develop scope of work and pricing for renovation and reconstruction projects resulting from Fire, Water, Wind or Mold damage.
What do you need to qualify?
- 2+ years as an Estimator
- Prefer experience in insurance restoration estimating and/or project management
- Ability to assess damage to structures and contents of buildings damaged by Fire, Water or Mold to determine what must be done to restore it to original condition
- Valid driver license
- Knowledge of construction methods, equipment, schedules, contracts, specifications and trades helpful
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills required
- Experience with Xactimate helpful
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required
- Strong understanding of computerized estimating
- Working knowledge and comprehension of blueprints and plans
- Must be comfortable with computers / technology
