Rembrandt Commercial Cleaning Corporation is a growing contract janitorial and floor/special services company, servicing a wide array of organizations in the Waukesha and Milwaukee areas. Rembrandt has been in business since 1994 and has seen significant growth during that time. As a key component to the future strategy of the company, Rembrandt is seeking an energetic and motivated individual join our management team as our Sales Manager.
The Sales Manager is responsible for obtaining new business for Rembrandt. This involves collaboration on development of marketing strategy; development of promotional approach and materials; soliciting potential new customers and obtaining appointments for bids; preparing and presenting bids; providing seamless follow through from sale through project start-up. Will need to organize and maintain sales database to track contact information and history, and analyze progress for input into strategic plans. While the position will require interaction with and integration of ideas from other management team members, overall, the position allows for significant autonomy on the accomplishment of the business objectives related to sales and marketing.
This position requires ideally 3+ years of experience in telemarketing, outside sales, &marketing, with related education desired, but not required. Also requires excellent oral and written skills, including presentation skills, demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiation with special emphasis on closing the sale, strong people skills and ability to relate to/work well with customers and Rembrandt staff, ability to maintain professionalism. Strong computer skills required (computer savvy, including solid typing skills, and knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet technologies.)
The position will be structured around 24 hours/week, with flexibility available between office time, time on the road and ability to work from home.
The compensation package is a combination of base pay and commission and will vary depending upon candidate qualifications.
