Description
We are a leading manufacturer of indexable tooling, is expanding its sales force and has immediate openings for Sales Engineers in Iowa.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Communicate with a wide variety of internal and external engineering, sales, production and purchasing personnel at all levels.
Facilitate sales order negotiations and customer complaint resolution.
Work with tooling engineers and equipment operators on product qualification.
Generate business for new and established products by working with Distributor network salesmen and product End-users.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated initiative to solve problems
Strong technical comprehension
Ability to generate new business
Ability to resolve conflict effectively
Ability to identify customers needs
Well organized with demonstrated practice of appropriate follow-up
Proven written and verbal communication skills
Computer proficiency, including Windows, Word, and Excel
Minimum 3-5 years sales experience
Discipline to work from a home office
EDUCATION:
Bachelor s degree preferred.
