We are expanding into the Milwaukee, St. Louis and Minneapolis markets and has openings for Regional Field Directors to work from home. This key role is vital to our Business Development Group and the growth of our firm. You will execute high level business contacts with decision making senior executives in your local market that open doors to new business for our firm. Your role is to contact business owners, intrigue decision makers, establish relationships, create meetings, obtain feedback and ensure our clients growth. Our unique approach adds to our reputation by creating spontaneous and interactive conversation with new clients. This is not a sales role, however, a sales background and/or mindset is required.

We are a top 7 consulting firm and seek only top caliber people. You must be:
Ultra self-motivated, hungry for success and ready to earn high compensation.
A professional individual with at least 2 years verifiable B2B experience.
Familiar in earning commission based compensation.
Outgoing, mature and articulate.
Extremely self-reliant and a self starter.
Telecommuting experience with a proven track record preferred but not necessary.
