We are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to screen, evaluate, refer, and hire candidates, including RNs, Allied Health professionals, and other disciplines for appropriate departments at our hospital. The ideal candidate will collaborate with department directors when strategizing for employee recruitment and retention. Candidates wanting to work from home will not be considered.
Qualifications .
Two or more years recruiting experience in a healthcare environment required. Hospital recruiting experience preferred. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate excellent computer software capabilities. Must be able to source and cold call organizations for qualified applicants. Bachelor's degree required.
