Job Description:
Seeking Lead Nurse Practitioner to supervise and coordinate day to day operations for multiple retail clinics.
You will coordinate staffing and assign duties for approximately 20-40 Nurse Practitioners, coordinate orientation of newly assigned personnel, plan/conduct on-the-job training, maintain Infection Control/Safety standards and be committed to providing and promoting patient-centered communication and care.
This is a work from home position. You will be on the road visiting the various clinics in your region. They will also provide all computer hookups for your home office.
