Description and responsibilities:
The Marketing Communications Specialist - reporting to the Director of Marketing and Sales - is responsible for the successful development and management of WebFeat marketing campaigns, press releases, client communications and the company s tradeshow presence (no travel required). This entails either assisting or managing the following responsibilities:
Coordinate and update Corporate Marketing Materials - ongoing
o Literature/Collateral updates
o Website updates (basic HTML/Dreamweaver skills required)
o Case Studies
o Monitor partner websites and collateral for accuracy, supply appropriate logos and information as needed, maintain library of up-to-date partner logos
o Update company Wiki
o Create and distribute HTML e-blast marketing emails (2-5 per year)
o Write and distribute quarterly company e-newsletter
o Coordinate attendance RSVP lists for regularly scheduled Sales webinars/demos
Coordinate marketing needs for 2-4 trade-show conferences per year NO TRAVEL REQ.
o Assistance with event organization/promotional giveaways
o Booth logistics, equipment and supply ordering
o trade-show signage (graphic design and implementation)
o Pre-show mailers (list-gathering, design and execution)
o Pre-and-post-show email communications (HTML and text emails)
o Press kits
Client Marketing Support (Create, Manage and Disseminate as needed)
o Update and maintain client contact lists
o Send client communications as needed (update emails to Users Group)
o Keep documentation for new products/features up-to-date and supply to clients when requested
o Create promotional fliers to support new client launches, client seminars and presentations when needed
o Create customized help documents for clients to support training efforts (Word and PDF)
o Assist clients with developing PowerPoint presentations to support their speaking/training efforts (supply screen shots and other information)
o Schedule monthly or bi-monthly webinars and coordinate attendance RSVP lists
PR/Communications:
o Write press releases, format for web and email, distribute via email (10 to 20 releases per year)
o Maintain PR contact lists
Monitor World Wide Web (websites, blogs, etc.) for WebFeat specific communications and competitive intelligence

Outstanding communication and organizational skills, creativity and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks at once and to meet deadlines.

Experience working from a home-office environment a plus. Must have the ability to set-up a professional home-office environment.
Minimum 2 years experience in similar position.
Must be able to demonstrate US citizenship
NOTE: This is not a graphic artist position. This is foremost a communications and marketing job that requires someone to have excellent graphics and web skills.
