Leasing Associate for established national commercial property manager needed
Property Manager Leasing Assistant - Commercial
Assist Commercial Property Manager with leasing program development for our portfolio of shopping centers, strip malls, office buildings and multi-use properties.
Work from home!
What will you do?
• Prepare lease proposals
• Continually initiate new leasing contacts and generate interest in our services
• Directly contact retailers to market property vacancies
• Prepare status reports
• Work Property Manager to complete documents
• Assist in the creation of leasing plans
• Prepare and assemble leasing materials
Job Qualifications
• Two years + experience in retail leasing
• Provide deal sheet with list of accomplishments
• Professional demeanor
• Knowledge of lease language &industry practices
• Possess superior verbal &written communication skills
• Must be willing to travel
• Experience in shopping centers, commercial retail a plus
