Integration Consultant
Working on a project focused on deploying new technolgies to multiple lines of business. Responsible for assessing internal client's needs and promoting standardized an scalable solutions. Will work with the remote team, taking direction from the client. Will promote scalable configurations that support workforce scheduling and ACD processess. Company voted one of best firms to work for in Atlanta. Position open due to rapid growth. Business casual, flex hours, telecommute.
Required Skills:
Integration capabilities working with business and technical stakeholders in multiple divisions. Help to deploy standardized integration plans to ACD's and workforce scheduling systems. Provide and early warning to manager on potential configuration and business conflicts by participating as an SME in client's architecture planning sessions.
BA/BS Degree. Customer facing skills a must. 3+ years supporting and deploying integrated solutions in a call-center environment. Experience with workforce scheduling systems. Well organized. Able to work from home/remote office. This client only hires top-shelf employees.
Non-Tech Skills:
Excellent communication skills, documentation skills.
