Company brings together a wide range of skills and a wealth of experience in adjusting property damage, in catastrophe situations of all types, including but not limited to hail, wind, hurricane, freeze and earthquake. A well-established, financially stable, company that has been in business for almost 15 years. Have over 250 adjusters on the roster.
Looking to hire a Sales person to expand the business. Employee position. Candidate should have experience in sales and connections in the insurance industry so they can bring accounts with them. Can work from home office. Some travel, it depends on their experience. If they have clients already or if they need to travel to meet new clients. If they do travel, expenses are paid. Min 5 years of exp.
Compensation: $50k base (Draw against commission) + 5% of commission (continual). 2 week vacation. Benefits. After one year they will be offered 401k.
Requirements:
Must have 5+ years experience in claims and sales. This position is selling the catastrophic claims service to Carriers, MGA's etc. to outsource their claims during a catastrophe. Can live anywhere in the US--must have contact companies to bring on board.
