This fast-paced position requires you to have a quiet workplace in your home, free of outside noise, where you will wear a telephone headset while answering calls and using multiple computer screens. The computer must be provided by you and meet our technology standards, you need to have high speed Internet access through cable or DSL and a traditional phone line. There is absolutely NO telemarketing or outbound calling required.

You will gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer as necessary to prevent the need for future contacts, and thoroughly document the reason for the call. Some customers will be challenging and you must be able to remain calm and resolve their problem in the highest quality way. These calls are the cornerstone of establishing positive client relationships and long-term loyalty.
job Requirements
All positions are part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, and you are empowered to select from our variable list of shift times to create a schedule that works for you. No suiting up in the morning, juggling family appointments, spending your paycheck on gas, or navigating rush hour.
