Job Description:
Are you looking for the opportunity to earn a second income without having to leave the comfort of your own home?? Would you like to earn extra money answering inbound customer service calls for a major, well known electric provider right in your own home?? If so, we have an exciting, long term contract opportunity as a Work At Home Call Center Agent.
We will train you on how to handle inbound customer calls and then you can save on gas money and enjoy the comfort of working in your own home! Your customer service attitude, pleasant and professional phone voice, and data entry skills along with your high motivation and ability to work on your own will take you to the top with this company!
This is a great opportunity to be trained on how to be an at home call center representative, utilizing the customer service experience you have from the retail or restaurant industries. You must have a superior customer service attitude, the ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues with your home computer, MS Word, Excel or other software, and a high school diploma or equivalent to qualify for this position. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Employee s will go through an in-house training class for 4 weeks to learn how to handle the customer calls. Pay rate of $8.00/hr. is the same while in training. All employees must pass a drug screen and back ground check prior to hire.
