Flex Architect/Developer for Web Applications

This position could be either perm or contract. The contract could work from home if outside of Columbus, Ohio. This person would need to be in Columbus for at least 1 week a month. The contract would be a 6 month contract ongoing. This person will design and architecture of Enterprise level Flash/Flex applications; lead a team of 2-3 developers, working closely with them to communicate architecture and insure proper implementation; and work closely with Art Director and IA to identify potential risks in design and insure implementation adheres to provided creative.
Requirements:
BR - Working knowledge of UML and architecture design toolsBR - Experience with OO designBR - Experience designing and implementing design patterns into Flex applicationsBR - Experience implementing Cairngorm framework (preferred, maybe not required)BR - Knowledge of Flex UI components as well as design and development of custom Flex componentsBR - Experience integrating media design in Flash into Flex (preferred)BR - Working with web services and/or Flash RemotingBR - Must be able to work with a services architect in order to create an efficient and reliable system architectureBR - Must be able to determine specific tasks necessary to implement each structurally significant feature in order to assist with both project planning and estimationBR - Must be able to take design and motion concepts and effectively translate them into a working Flex architectureBR - Ability to design systems that integrate seamlessly with third party applications and servicesBR - This person will be expected to actively participate in code reviews to ensure both code quality and that the architecture is being followed
