Flex Architect/Developer for Web Applications
This position could be either perm or contract. The contract could work from home if outside of Columbus, Ohio. This person would need to be in Columbus for at least 1 week a month. The contract would be a 6 month contract ongoing. This person will design and architecture of Enterprise level Flash/Flex applications; lead a team of 2-3 developers, working closely with them to communicate architecture and insure proper implementation; and work closely with Art Director and IA to identify potential risks in design and insure implementation adheres to provided creative.

Working knowledge of UML and architecture design tools
Experience with OO design
Experience designing and implementing design patterns into Flex applications
Pay Rate: Competitive .
