Job Description
Flash Character Animator
Seeking Flash director/animator/character designer to team with experienced network TV cartoon writer on a new multi-media kids brand.
Must be an ace at character animation in Flash. Have own equipment. Must animate clever 30 second shorts. Eventually may animate on a TV series. Need great sense of timing and gags + heart. Knowledge of different styles of music a big plus. Style should be cutting edge, but attractive for mainstream viewers 6 - 11 yrs old (as well as adults).
We need someone willing to invest time at the groundfloor of a brand that is designed to traverse TV, Internet, toy shelves, games and much more. Not just a gun for hire -- need a real creative collaborator.
Knowledge of what makes a YouTube video compelling and viral is imperative. And there are more projects to come, for increasing pay, for the right teammate.
Portfolio is a must. Please send online links if possible.
