Description
This is a WORK from HOME position.
Develop and implement a strATegic sales plan in collaborATion with management to meet the monthly sales goal for an assigned territory. Sell and promote Senior Services products by delivering formal sales presentATions to consumer groups, arranging privATe appointments in the customers'' HOMEs, making outbound phone calls to prospects, and managing customer records in the automATed lead tracking system according to the department''s standards. Identify opportunities within the territory to generATe leads in additional to those provided by the company through building relATionships with contracted medical providers, senior organizATions and other community leaders and educATing these groups about Senior Services products. Cross sell specified products from other departments. Provide field services to existing customers in an effort to retain customer base. Complete other duties as assigned. May require extensive overnight travel, as well as evening and weekend hours. Personal time is not granted during normal business hours in the 4th quarter, except during company holidays.
QualificATions .
Must have superior verbal communicATion and presentATion skills. Excellent planning, organizATional and analytical skills. Strong WORK ethic. WORKing knowledge of Microsoft Office. 3-5 years of field sales experience. Bilingual preferred. College graduATe preferred. Health license required within 2-4 weeks of start dATe. Reliable vehicle a must
