Job Description .
Fast growing company is seeking an individual to lead a field delivery organization who delivers IMAC, Break/fix, and Refresh services for desktop, workstation, server, and printer products.
Job requires the individual to be co-located onsite in Seattle with the customer the majority of the time, however there will be some flexibility allowing the manager to work from home on occasion. Travel is less than 25 percent. Individual must be capable of working in a fast moving environment and making quick solid decisions. Company is looking for an individual who can start immediately. Salary is negotiable.

Key job responsibilities
Owns field delivery business on behalf of the company for assigned account
Interface directly with the customer and company s regional delivery leads
Responsible for profit and loss of the business and maintains budget
Responsible for billing and invoicing activities
Responsible for overall customer experience and satisfaction for field delivery services
Responsible for meeting SLAs
Provide direction to regional leads and field technicians
Desired skill sets and experience
Excellent understanding of deskside services to include IMACD, Break/fix, Depot Repair, Refresh, and Hands and Eyes activities
Excellent written and verbal communication
Highest level of professionalism
Excellent leadership skills
SLA management experience
Good working knowledge of financial accounting practices
Issue management and problem resolution experience
Change management experience
Quality management experience
Strong experience with performance management of personnel
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent general management skills

Very good working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products in specific Excel, Word. PowerPoint, and MS Project
