What kind of work is available?
VIPdesk customer service reps (Brand Ambassadors) provide inbound call-taking services to customers of leading premium and luxury retail brands via phone, email and chat;
Brand Ambassadors provide personalize shopping assistance and facilitate order placement
Brand Ambassadors handle customer inquiries and upsell and/or cross-sell different products
Successful Brand Ambassadors possess the following:
5+ years of direct hands on customer service experience;
They have a college degree or a combination of education and experience in lieu of a degree;
They commit to work at least 25 hours per week;
They are Internet savvy and computer literate;
They have outstanding communication skills are polite, friendly and knowledgeable phone demeanor;
They are detail oriented, ability to multitask, strong sense of urgency, and commitment to excellence;
They posses excellent English verbal and written communication skills;
They have successfully passed credit, criminal, and business reference security checks;
They are able to provide a work at home environment that is silent and free from distraction
