We are searching for an experienced Customer Experience Strategy
Associate Partner Consultant. In Application Innovation Services, the
Customer Experience Strategy Associate Partner (CAP) has
responsibility for sales and delivery of large-scale engagements to
build customer experience strategies for our clients. They develop a
multi-channel vision of the end state customer experience and a plan
to reach it. The CES AP provides hands-on leadership and direction to
the project team and manages client executive relationships. The CES
AP will be responsible for leading business case development,
identifying and closing new business and providing thought and
practice leadership. They are expected to contribute to the growth of
intellectual capital and to participate in mentoring activities.

Desired Skills
Must have 8+ years of: Customer Experience Analysis &Design (expert
level experience with the ability to lead others); Web Development;
Customer Experience Evaluation Techniques &Testing; Prototyping using
software development tools; Customer Experience Design Standards and
Measurements; Leadership/Personal Effectiveness; Verbal and Written
Communications; Client Relationship Management, and Business/Project
Management. Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 5 years
experience developing web applications with a Big 5 consulting firm.
This position is live anywhere in the U.S. near a major airport and
work from home when not at a client site. Since the majority of our
consulting work is done at our client sites, this position requires up
to 80-100% travel throughout the U.S. Monday - Friday as needed.
It is also expected that newly hired resources into the Global
Business Services U.S. practice live within a reasonable commuting
distance (generally 50 miles) of the following cities: Atlanta, GA;
Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH;
Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Hartford, CT;
Houston, TX; Kansas City, MO; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; Minneapolis,
MN; New York City, NY and surrounding area; Philadelphia, PA; San
Francisco, CA; Tulsa, OK and Washington, DC
