Your role would be to communicate with our members and help them have the best experience possible with our company while helping the company meet its goals. Tracks customer behavior, both anecdotal and measurable
Answers customer questions about our services and helps them navigate through the website
Develops customer retention programs to develop and increase customer loyalty
Surveys customer use and attitudes about our services
Measures statistics pertaining to customer use of our website
Knows how to create and use a customer profile
College degree in communications, business or related field
At least five or more years experience in progressively responsible customer service roles
Prior experience with internet based businesses a plus
Self-motivated and able to take initiative
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
