Corporate Performance Management Consultant
Full-time Regular employee status
Experience Leading and Implementing Corporate Performance Management delivery projects, from assessments through design and implementation. Experiences doing so in a multi-dimensional reporting tool, like Oracle, Hyperion, Business Object, Cognos a big plus. Needs to have deep experience designing and delivering financial reporting, management and performance solutions including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, cash flows, and scorecards. Experience with Oracle Enterprise Budgeting and Planning or PeopleSoft EPM a big plus. Financial close and accounting background preferred (ex. CPA, consolidations accountant, etc.) Ability to manage and lead teams of 2-5 people. Will have a solid foundation in the budget &planning processes and or performance management processes, either as a client or as a consultant. Provide excellent consulting services to Financial Services and Communications industry clients, specializing in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) service offerings that include: Overall Performance Management for the Finance Function; Financial Reporting &Consolidations; Budgeting, Planning &Forecasting; Decision Support Analytics/Performance Management. This experienced professional role applies in-depth understanding of functional and/or industry specific processes, consulting &facilitation skills, and their capability to use the specific methods &tools for Corporate Performance Management Process Design as defined in the AIM Method to: - Assist clients in defining the impact of the business strategy and business design on the processes within current and future business environment; -Lead the translation of the new business design into process capabilities definition; - Conduct the requirement definition for processes with emphasis on enabling packaged application(s).*; - Facilitate selection of the packaged application(s).*; - Design, in cooperation with the client, new business processes based on the related packaged application(s) &organization enablers.; - Define key business process attributes for quantitative &qualitative performance measurements; - Help clients establish process management &governance system
