Job Responsibilities
Corporate attorney sought by established and growing technology and services provider to work on a variety of contracts relating to IT such as service provider agreements, data contracts and vendor agreements.
This attorney will also work on general corporate matters.
The position offers flexible part-time and work-from-home possibilities.
Required skills, Knowledge and Experience
5 plus years experience, including at least 2 years in-house experience.
Candidates must have significant experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
Experience with IT services preferred but not required.
