WE ARE SEEKING APPLICANTS WHO HAVE THE FOLLOWING BACKGROUND:

currently a recruiter
like cold calling to develop new business
have Non-Corporate recruiting experience
have been a contingency or retained recruiter
wish to recruit from the privacy of your home
wish to earn a six-figure income
wish to work on commission only basis

Looking For Experienced Recruiters Who:

1. have either worked from home before as a virtual recruiter or have made a conscious decision to leave the recruiting firm you are with and be your own boss.

2. willing to work splits with other recruiters.

3. desire to access our database of over 500 current job listings and work those to "fill your pipeline" while building your own book of business.

4. want to work in any industry, any field that you choose to without a company telling you what you have to and don't have to work on.

5. has in the past or currently is managing other recruiters and completely understands our corporate clients' needs regarding hiring, firing and human capital management.

6. knowledge of selling and closing techniques to acquire new business by cold calling from our databases to secure new business at new client corporations.

7. Willing to participate in a firm with ethical practices and a strong sense of client service.
