Conducts primary competency model content research via diverse research resources. Prepares and publishes competency model content according to ITG specifications. Prepares additional documentation as required to support research and publication results. Educates clients on competency model features and facilities. Must have demonstrated excellent R&D and writing skills. NOTE: since you will work from home most of the time, the location of your residence is not significant. East coast, US is preferable. .
