JobDetails FOUNDATIONS CRA -25 openings
Purpose:
To provide trained, sponsor-approved CRAs in a regional setting
. Emphasizes core monitoring skills
. Provides a CRA career path for qualified internal and external candidates
. Compliments and expands current PRA Institute training
Accelerated learning for entry level CRA
Multifaceted training incorporating classroom, hands-on, and situational maturity learning
Experienced clinical research coordinators and qualified internal staff can expand their career path to become CRAs
Intensely trained CRAs result in enhanced quality of monitoring
New CRAs gain confidence and competence more rapidly
Intense and focused training consisting of:
5 Face-to-face training sessions each 1 week in length
Web conference training sessions between the face-to-face sessions
Homework/Self-Study assignments and courses to be completed between the face-to-face sessions
Regular one-on-one meeting and mentoring sessions with Functional Manager
Co-monitoring observation and performance visits with existing, qualified CRA Visit Leaders or member of functional management
Qualifications Ability to work independently
High level of computer competency skills
Overnight travel 60-80%
Ability to work from home office with High speed internet DSL or Cable
Must have 2 years experience as Oncology Study coordinator or equivalent experience
located WEST of TEXAS
Degree or RN required
