Job description:

assignment available for a Citrix Metaframe Administrator.
Job Title: Citrix Metaframe Administrator
Job Location: work from home

ranging from application development to storage strategies to desktop
management.
Job Duration: 12 months
Requirements
Comprehensive listing of Citrix Skills.
Support existing published applications and installed application
upgrades.
Install Citrix patches when required.
Review and approval of all OS patches (Microsoft Security patches) to
ensure there are no conflicts with Citrix.
Monitor systems to ensure availability and stability.
Installation, configuration and publishing new applications requested
to groups.
Periodic Citrix upgrades.
End-user support when escalated by level 1 support.
Support is 24/7/365.
Participation in all Sev 1 bridge calls involving Citrix outages.
Problem resolution details from escalated issues submitted to
availability Mgr for outages affecting Citrix environments.
Configure Resource Manager and the Resource Manager Web Console to
record historical data and create reports
Maintain Citrix Logon scripts
Monitor and troubleshoot connectivity to the data store
Monitor and troubleshoot the Citrix IMA Service and the ICA
communication channel
Monitor, optimize and troubleshoot client performance and slow logons
Monitor, optimize and troubleshoot published applications
Monitor, optimize and troubleshoot printing and printing policies
Monitor, optimize and troubleshoot Citrix Policies
Monitor, optimize and troubleshoot Web Interface and Secure Gateway
Monitor, Optimize, and troubleshoot Citrix License console and Citrix
Client Con
CCA required.
This position allows working from home but you must reside in the US and be a US
citizen or GC holder.
