OVERVIEW
The Academy of Business Strategy is an international private corporate business school and a global consulting organisation. A Business Management Training Consultant s annual income ranges from $190,000.00 and $475,000.00 per annum.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The business school features 24 Post-Graduate Certificates and Diplomas which service mature students employed in senior management positions by market leading commercial client organisations. The Academy is currently looking for an internal tutor to service our Post-Graduate Certificate in Management Strategy (CManS) programme.
Business Management Training Consultant:
1. Earn a considerable annual income starting from $190,000.00 per annum.
2. Work with a variety of clients, facilitating and supporting a 5-year post-graduate training programme.
3. Spend approximately half of your time working from home and half of your time working with clients.
4. Spend 25% of your time focusing upon continuous improvement and personal self-development.
5. No selling or business development activity is required. This is a permanent internal tutorial position.
6. Work in a structured environment with established, experienced and mature clients.
7. Provide clients with a tangible and practical management solution which has been established for 14 years.
8. Job satisfaction will be achieved through facilitation, that is to say enabling others to be more proactive.
9. Work in a stress-free environment and have the flexibility to enjoy a balanced quality of life.
10. Work in an environment where you can be in control of the service that you provide.
REQUIREMENTS
We are particularly looking for a people-orientated individual with a minimum of a business-related degree and at least five years experience in a senior management role, who is interested in training, supporting and facilitating mature senior management students. Candidates will need to have good interpersonal skills, good facilitation skills and good people-orientated skills and should be motivated by developing teams and empowering others. A high ethical standard is also required.
