Business Development Executive
Permanent position for a qualified sales candidate.
Integrity Technology Careers is a Louisville based staffing company since 2001. You will be held accountable for what you do not how you do it. Our work from home environment provides you with the greatest in lifestyle flexibility. Only your performance and the client will determine your schedule. Risk vs. Reward is how our model is built. We will share more of the gross profit with you than a large company will but less than if you had your own business. We will pay you more of a guaranteed base draw than if you had your own business, but less than a large company will. We bear all of the operational and recruiting duties to support your sales efforts. To be wildly successful you simply need to be able to secure and close the job orders and maintain client satisfaction with the client. Requirements
Apply only if you meet the following qualifications:
You have two or more years experience in the white collar side of the staffing industry. Technology and Engineering preferred.
You are not encumbered by a non-compete agreement.
You can provide 3 references from past employers.
You can provide 3 references from past/current clients.
You can provide evidence of your past 3 years sales vs. quota and income performance.
You have the ability to work from home.
Able to meet or exceed 35,000 per month gross profit sales quota.
Willing to work on 18K guaranteed commission draw against lucrative commission plan.
