What you need!
- Expertise in Java or Perl or Python or Ruby
- Application development experience in web-based systems and client-server environments
- Knowledge of structured methodologies, logical and physical database design, and business process engineering
- RDBMS
- Experience in XML (especially docbook), XML databases and web services
