VP of Business Development, International BPO Job Description- Top-ranked sales person in US Tier1 CC players (Convergys, Sykes, Teletech, etc)
- Have an extensive experience managing global accounts.
Functions and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing of global offshore call center services to new clients.
2. Manage and grow accounts (and global delivery model) to ensure profitable and long term business/annuity revenue
Requirements
1. Strong skill and experience in selling call center services. Offshore call center experience a plus.
2. A proven track record of selling call center services to large and mid-tier companies
3. Able to think strategically and understand the complexities of a global call centers operations and pricing.
4. Able to manage and facilitate complex working relationships across multiple functions/locations.
5. Highly motivated individual with a track record of excellence in internal/external customer interaction and impeccable attention to detail.
6. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
7. Ability to lead the team.
8. Must be open-minded, and able to cope with challenges associated with international business such as difference in culture, people’s traits, or business practices and so on. Skills / RequirementsThis position is a work from home job. You can be located any where in the US. You have a proven track record in working with 3rd party call centers and have had success in developing new business. Pay: $110,000 to $150,000/year 3 year commission structure. Can be either an employee or a contractor.
