We are currently seeking a talented Virtual Recruiter to bring experience and dedication to the Adecco environment. You will be working with a team of professionals recognized as thought leaders in the RPO industry. We are based in Toledo, Ohio. This position will be a work-from-home position and virtual employees will be required to keep a home office.
We need recruiters to help us exceed expectations through discovering, screening and selecting qualified candidates. If you are an experienced recruiter with a great portfolio of achievements in sourcing and recruiting candidates, Adecco will provide a challenging and rewarding opportunity.
VIRTUAL HEALTHCARE RECRUITER
A Recruiter works with both clients and candidates to fulfill employment needs that meet and exceed expectations.
Recruiters:
- Are dedicated to delivering a high level of service to
our Talent, our Clients and their contemporaries.
- Possess client management, staffing, organization and
time-management skills and are team players with a desire
to learn, teach and adapt as necessary.
- Are creative, energetic, outgoing and have the ability
to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while following
established recruiting plans and compliance procedures.
- Recognize the importance of timely and accurate
communication with individuals in varying positions and
locations in a professional manner.
- Have public speaking skills are which are vital in making
presentations and training associate recruiters. There
may be other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Prior high-volume recruiting experience
- Prefer prior healthcare recruiting experience
- Prefer prior experience working with an applicant tracking system
